Brittany Gaugler has a strong background in construction management and the hospitality industry. Brittany spent the day working for a notable builder, Men at Work Construction Corp., volunteering as a first responder, and spent the evenings serving in local restaurants. Juggling three to four jobs simultaneously, her unwavering perseverance and strong work ethic led her to establish her firm in 2022. 

Brittany is now leading the industry as the only woman-owned general contractor on the east end of Long Island.

 Brittany excels in leadership roles. Having built her career from the ground up, she is deeply committed to giving back to the community and creating opportunities for others.

Dylan is a highly skilled professional with a rich background in the construction industry, distinguished by extensive experience in both the Concrete Union and the Electrical Engineering Union. With a solid foundation in these specialized fields, Dylan possesses a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of trades, reflecting a deep commitment to both technical excellence and practical application, while applying this to day-to-day tasks

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Sergio has built a reputation for excellence in project management, team leadership, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Specializing in residential and commercial construction. Sergio brings a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring that every detail is executed to the highest standards.

Sergio is committed to maintaining safety, efficiency, and effective communication throughout every stage of a build. Their ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients has been instrumental in completing projects that exceed expectations.

When not on the job site, Sergio enjoys fishing and spending time with his children at the beach!
