These skills have proven invaluable in the world of luxury construction, where client experience and trust are just as important as the build itself.

As Partner and Project Manager at NOVA,, Drew brings over half a decade of hands-on construction experience & knowledge, specializing in luxury residential projects with a strong foundation in commercial construction. Known for his sharp eye for detail and ability to drive projects forward, Drew consistently delivers exceptional results, often ahead of schedule.

Earlier in his career, Drew was instrumental in managing the construction of commercial office buildings and apartment complexes throughout South Florida. This experience gave him a deep understanding of large-scale project coordination, structural planning, and team leadership. Today, his focus is on high-end residential work, where he combines that commercial-grade discipline with the precision and personalization luxury clients demand.

As a partner, Drew plays a central role in both the day-to-day operations and the strategic direction of the company. He is a trusted leader who ensures that every project not only meets—but exceeds—expectations in quality, timeline, and execution.

Franklin serves as Chief Financial Officer of Nova Management, bringing over 20 years of financial leadership experience within the construction, real estate development, and investment sectors. At Nova, Franklin is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, ensuring fiscal discipline, and supporting the firm’s growth across South Florida and the Hamptons.

With a strong background in financial planning, risk management, and capital structuring, Franklin plays a critical role in aligning Nova’s financial operations with its long-term business goals. His expertise helps drive performance and efficiency across all projects, from budgeting and cost control to investor reporting and compliance.

 Vanessa is a South Florida native with a strong background in construction administration, complemented by years of experience as a construction litigation paralegal. This unique combination gives her a comprehensive understanding of how projects come together, as well as the challenges homeowners may face throughout the process.

At Nova Management, Vanessa serves as Executive Assistant, providing high-level administrative support to the executive team while playing a central role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach, she ensures seamless coordination across departments, schedules, and communications. Her professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving mindset make her a trusted point of contact for internal teams, clients, and partners alike.

Having personally managed her own home for many years, Vanessa brings a valuable firsthand perspective that allows her to truly understand the needs, concerns, and priorities of homeowners. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and takes pride in guiding clients through their projects with clarity and confidence—combining professional expertise with real-life experience to provide thoughtful, well-informed support.

Prior to joining Nova, Vanessa built her career supporting executives in fast-paced environments, gaining extensive experience in office management, project coordination, and client service. Outside of her professional life, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her two daughters and their dogs, embracing the South Florida lifestyle. She has a keen interest in interior design trends and loves exploring local dining spots, often drawing inspiration from the creativity and culture around her. 

Anielka Chacon serves as the Office Administrator for Nova Management, where she plays an integral role in keeping daily operations organized and running efficiently. With over a decade of project management experience, she brings a strong foundation in administrative management and client coordination, overseeing office communications, scheduling, and internal systems that support both construction and property management services.

Working closely with Nova’s leadership team and clients, Anielka ensures clear communication, streamlined documentation, and seamless administrative support across all operations. Her ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, combined with her strategic, solutions-driven mindset, allows her to anticipate needs and maintain efficiency at every level.
