These skills have proven invaluable in the world of luxury construction, where client experience and trust are just as important as the build itself.

Known for his sharp eye for detail and ability to drive projects forward, Drew consistently delivers exceptional results, often ahead of schedule.

Earlier in his career, Drew was instrumental in managing the construction of commercial office buildings and apartment complexes throughout South Florida. This experience gave him a deep understanding of large-scale project coordination, structural planning, and team leadership. Today, his focus is on high-end residential work, where he combines that commercial-grade discipline with the precision and personalization luxury clients demand.

As a partner, Drew plays a central role in both the day-to-day operations and the strategic direction of the company. He is a trusted leader who ensures that every project not only meets—but exceeds—expectations in quality, timeline, and execution.

Franklin serves as Chief Financial Officer of Nova Management, bringing over 20 years of financial leadership experience within the construction, real estate development, and investment sectors. At Nova, Franklin is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, ensuring fiscal discipline, and supporting the firm’s growth across South Florida and the Hamptons.

With a strong background in financial planning, risk management, and capital structuring, Franklin plays a critical role in aligning Nova’s financial operations with its long-term business goals. His expertise helps drive performance and efficiency across all projects, from budgeting and cost control to investor reporting and compliance.

Vanessa serves as the Executive Assistant at Nova Management, where she provides high-level administrative support to the executive team and plays a central role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach, Vanessa ensures seamless coordination across departments, schedules, and communications.

Known for her professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving mindset, Vanessa is a trusted point of contact for internal teams, clients, and partners alike. Prior to joining Nova, Vanessa gained valuable experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments, bringing with her a background in office management, project coordination, and client service. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Sergio has built a reputation for excellence in project management, team leadership, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Specializing in residential and commercial construction. Sergio brings a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring that every detail is executed to the highest standards.

Sergio is committed to maintaining safety, efficiency, and effective communication throughout every stage of a build. Their ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients has been instrumental in completing projects that exceed expectations.
